Sales Manager



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our company in Dar Kulaib. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team goals
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt the sales strategy accordingly
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and understand customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Fluency in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Valid driver's license
