We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Khanpur. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into technical drawings and plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design concepts are feasible and meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for drawings
- Prepare specifications for materials and construction methods
- Review construction progress and provide solutions to any technical issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
