Back-End Developer - Urgent Hire (Oslo, Norway)
We are seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join our rapidly growing team in Oslo, Norway. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing server-side applications and databases for our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain server-side applications and databases
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application performance by implementing efficient data storage solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during development or testing
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in back-end development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or C++
- Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
