As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side of our website and applications. Your focus will be on creating efficient and scalable code that delivers a seamless user experience. This is a contract position based in Oslo, Norway.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the front-end development team to ensure smooth integration between server-side and client-side elements
- Design and develop APIs for data exchange between server and client
- Optimize application performance by implementing caching and other techniques
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in back-end development to continuously improve our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with web servers such as Apache or Nginx
- Knowledge of database design and management with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
