We are searching for a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team in Bergen. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile at the end of each shift
- Scan items, enter prices, and calculate totals using electronic or manual registers
- Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on shelves
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are an asset)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary: 1600$ per month with accommodation provided.
