As a Heavy Equipment Operator in La-Condamine, you will play a vital role in the construction and maintenance of various projects in the city. You will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials, level terrain, and dig trenches. This job is suitable for men with or without experience, as training will be provided. The salary for this position is $1700 per month with accommodation included.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to standards and regulations
- Perform daily maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine equipment needs and placement
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed
- Excavate, grade, level, or compact earth for various construction projects
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator license/certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, or loaders is a plus
- Knowledge of construction plans and specifications preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
