Project Manager - Biometric Passport Implementation
Location: Fonvieille, Monaco
As a Project Manager for our biometric passport implementation project, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of the project. Your role will involve managing a team of professionals and ensuring all project requirements are met within budget and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs
- Manage project risks and proactively identify potential roadblocks
- Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations
- Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the biometric technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
