Senior Architect (Part-Time) for a Growing Firm in Kolding, Denmark


We are a rapidly growing architecture firm in Kolding, Denmark seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Location:
Our firm is located in the beautiful city of Kolding, known for its rich history, modern architecture, and scenic surroundings. While we prefer a candidate who is based in Kolding or nearby areas, we are open to remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
