Main duties and responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punch press machines according to specifications
- Inspect materials and tools to ensure they meet quality standards
- Measure and mark materials for punching
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines or materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role
- Able to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
- Skilled in using hand tools and machinery such as punch presses, drills, and saws
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials if necessary
