Part-time Facade Specialist
Location: Almada, Portugal (preferably Portuguese or EU citizens)
Salary: $1100 per month



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of facade materials and systems, as well as hands-on experience with facade installations and repairs. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of facades, including glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade installation and repair
- In-depth knowledge of facade materials, systems, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to perform the duties required
