Executive Chef for High-End Restaurant in the US
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations at our high-end restaurant in the US. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining and a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop creative and unique menu items that align with our restaurant's concept
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
- Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Creativity and passion for creating new dishes
- Knowledge of food trends, ingredients, and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
$1200 per week
