Land Surveyor Technician


We are a leading land surveying company in Alta, seeking a skilled and motivated Land Surveyor Technician to join our team. As a Land Surveyor Technician, you will assist our experienced surveyors in conducting various land surveys and mapping projects. We are looking for someone with experience in the field and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting various land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Record accurate measurements and data using specialized software
- Perform calculations and analysis of survey data
- Prepare detailed drawings and maps using CAD software
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related field
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, etc.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Experience with CAD software for mapping and drawing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding land surveys

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This position is located in Alta, Norway.
