Job Title: Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager in Aarhus, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet all necessary standards. Your strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects from beginning to end
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and architects to ensure project goals are met
- Review building plans and designs for compliance with codes, regulations, and client specifications
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Biometric passport is preferred but not strictly required

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Aarhus (willingness to relocate is preferred but not strictly required)
