Back-End Developer

We are hiring a skilled Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying the server-side components of our web applications. Your primary focus will be on developing efficient and secure APIs, integrating data storage solutions, and collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the server-side and client-side of our applications.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of back-end programming languages such as Java or Python, as well as experience with database management systems like MySQL or MongoDB. You should also be familiar with API development and have a good understanding of web application architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing efficient and secure APIs
- Integrating data storage solutions
- Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the server-side and client-side
- Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
- Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency
- Participating in project planning and providing technical expertise to help shape product features

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
- Experience with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with API development
- Understanding of web application architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
