Sales Manager (Contract)

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities in the Horsens region. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. You should have experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, with free visa and ticket provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through effective communication
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing clients and attract new ones
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the Horsens area
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
