Sales Manager - Horsens, Denmark
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and profitability by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to management for informed decision making
- Manage the sales budget and ensure targets are met within allocated resources
- Train and mentor members of the sales team to improve their skills and performance
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry or market
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of market trends, competitors' activities, and customer needs
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on insights
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
