Moderator/Community Manager


As a Moderator/Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and engaging online community for our company in Vejle. You will moderate discussions, manage user-generated content, and monitor comments to ensure they align with our company's values. Your goal is to foster a supportive and interactive environment where users feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and respond in a timely manner
- Engage with users to foster positive relationships and promote brand loyalty
- Review user-generated content and ensure it meets our company's standards
- Address any inappropriate or offensive comments or posts according to our moderation guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the community
- Identify trends, issues, and concerns within the community and provide insights to improve user experience
- Keep abreast of industry news, developments, and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or community manager in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective communities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- Experience moderating online communities in the technology industry
- Familiarity with SEO techniques
- Active participation in online communities
