Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Consultant to join our growing team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns through various online platforms
- Provide accurate and thorough information about our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Build positive relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Keep updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
$1000 monthly salary.

Location:
Ashdod, Israel. This job is open for Kenyans or foreigners who are legally authorized to work in Israel.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with a duration of 6 months. Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is potential for a permanent position within the company.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. We welcome candidates who are looking for an entry-level opportunity in the customer service industry.

Visa & Ticket:
We will provide a free visa for non-Israeli employees if needed. However, all other expenses related to travel will be the responsibility of the employee.
