Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Answer inquiries regarding products or services and provide accurate information.
- Assist clients with placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and promote our products/services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
