Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist in our company, you will utilize your strong analytical skills to gather, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources. Your main responsibility will be to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision making for business strategies and operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify key data points, develop effective reporting tools and dashboards, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business setting
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately

Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources using SQL
- Develop effective reporting tools and dashboards to track key performance metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis that can drive business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Communicate findings through visualizations, presentations or reports that are easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify any issues or discrepancies that may affect analysis results
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in analytics techniques

We are offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position. The role is based in Braga, Portugal. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
