Machine Operator (Porto)


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Porto. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, while also meeting production targets and maintaining product quality.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery including but not limited to lathes, mills, grinders, and drills
- Set up and adjust machine settings according to specific job requirements
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Meet production targets while maintaining product quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates who already possess a valid work visa for Porto will be given preference.
