As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and formatting text and images for print or digital media. Your attention to detail and knowledge of typography will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and error-free materials. This position is based in Alta, a scenic city in northern Norway known for its vibrant culture and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to design layouts for books, magazines, brochures, and other print or digital materials
- Set typefaces, font sizes, line spacing, and color schemes according to design specifications
- Proofread materials to ensure accuracy of text and layout
- Collaborate with editors, graphic designers, and other team members to produce high-quality designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a typesetter or graphic designer is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography principles and design concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
