Commercial Architect (Part-time)
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Monte-Carlo. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and layouts, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience working as an architect. You must also have excellent design skills and be proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software. Experience with commercial projects is preferred.

This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours. However, due to the urgent nature of some projects, you may be required to work overtime or on weekends occasionally. We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Monaco nationals.
