Senior Commercial Architect



We are hiring a Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing commercial projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other project team members to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial projects, including creating concept designs, developing detailed plans, and overseeing construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, engineers, and other project team members to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture, incorporating them into designs as appropriate.
- Monitor project budget and schedule to ensure they are met throughout all stages of the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and time constraints.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on projects in Monte-Carlo or other European cities.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience working on luxury or high-end commercial projects.

Salary: $1500 per month (without accommodation)
Location: Monte-Carlo (Monaco)
