Part-Time Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Copenhagen. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and schedules
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties including clients, team members, and management
- Identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

This position is based in Copenhagen.
