Waiter/Waitress (Seasonal)


We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter or Waitress to join our team for a seasonal position in Aalborg. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. You will also assist with setting up and maintaining the dining area, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit for Denmark (or EU citizenship)

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and take orders
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or special requests
- Assist with setup and cleanup of dining area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Upsell menu items
