Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Lom. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety measures are being followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and health & safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in Lom or other cities in Egypt
- Fluency in Arabic or French is preferred but not required for this position
