Architectural Designer

Our growing architectural firm in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and drafting plans for residential and commercial buildings, as well as overseeing the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design concepts that meet their requirements
- Develop detailed drawings and plans using various software programs
- Conduct site visits to ensure design feasibility and identify potential issues
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
