Job Title: Merchandiser (Braga, Portugal)



As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual displays and marketing strategies to promote our products in retail stores. Your goal will be to increase sales and customer engagement through effective merchandising techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop merchandising plans that align with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an attractive manner
- Ensure that all displays are properly stocked, organized, and maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the sales team
- Negotiate with store managers for prime display locations and product placement
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze sales data to track the success of different merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
