Job Title: Contract Project Manager

As a Contract Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within a specified timeframe and budget. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that project goals are met and deliverables are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Assign tasks to team members and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, discuss challenges, and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure projects stay within allocated funds
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or project management
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving project goals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana is preferred
Salary: $1100 per month
Location: Porto, Portugal (remote work may be possible depending on the candidate's nationality)
