Land Surveyor - Contract Position


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and other important information for construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze data from surveys to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Identify property boundaries and obtain necessary permits for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Provide guidance on land use regulations and zoning laws
- Use software programs to process data and create visual representations of survey results
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software programs
- Strong understanding of land use regulations and zoning laws
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Good physical fitness for outdoor work in various weather conditions

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Location:
This position is based in the United States.
