Part-Time Land Surveyor


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, provide data for construction projects, and create maps and reports. This position is based in the United States and requires candidates with their own visa and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Collect data on land features, structures, and boundaries using surveying techniques
- Create accurate maps, reports, and drawings based on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $900 per month.
