Biometric Passport Computer Systems Analyst

As a Biometric Passport Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the computer systems used for biometric passport processing in our La-Condamine location. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of these systems, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and implement new features and updates as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer systems and software development, as well as experience working with biometric technology. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members from various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems used for biometric passport processing
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for updates or changes
- Work with IT team to implement updates and new features
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Test new software and hardware before implementation
- Train staff members on new systems and updates
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in biometric technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with biometric technology
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software development
- Familiarity with data management and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members from various departments
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Proven ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments
