Job Title: Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to complete projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and vendors for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project designs, plans, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience working on international projects is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month
