Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in Copenhagen. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and a team of architects to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading the design process and developing creative and innovative solutions for architectural projects
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide design recommendations accordingly
- Overseeing construction progress and ensuring that it aligns with design plans
- Maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Conducting site visits to ensure that work is being carried out according to specifications
- Reviewing project documentation and ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
