Part-Time Back-End Developer
City: Aalborg, Denmark



We are hiring a skilled Part-Time Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Aalborg. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring the high performance and responsiveness of our applications, while also collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in back-end development, as well as strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby. Experience with web frameworks such as Node.js or Django is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic for web applications
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Troubleshoot and debug code as needed
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in back-end development
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Experience working with web frameworks such as Node.js or Django
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex code
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure)
