Part-Time Executive Chef


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Kolding. Our restaurant is known for its high-quality, innovative cuisine and we are looking for a passionate individual who shares our dedication to food excellence.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will need to have extensive experience in a high-volume kitchen and be able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design new menus that showcase our restaurant's unique style and ingredients
- Oversee food preparation to ensure high quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer competitive compensation of 1400$ per month for this part-time position. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate if needed. This position is also open to international applicants holding their own visa.
