Executive Chef - Part Time (Kolding, Denmark)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Kolding, Denmark. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, creating and developing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including portion control, presentation, and quality assurance
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in menu development while adhering to budgetary constraints
- A passion for food and dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences for guests

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Danish or English preferred
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment

Salary: 1000$ per week (based on experience)
