Computer Systems Analyst

We are currently hiring a Computer Systems Analyst for our growing company in Vilnius. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our computer systems and processes to ensure they are efficient and meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our IT team to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes to streamline our operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A degree in computer science or related field is preferred. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members is essential. As this is a full-time position, candidates must have a valid work visa and be able to commit to working in Vilnius.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes, identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with IT team to implement changes
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of new systems or processes
- Train employees on new systems or procedures
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and operating systems
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Valid work visa for Vilnius
