We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Your role will also involve managing and training staff, creating schedules, and monitoring inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1200$ per month. Indian nationals with good English skills are preferred. Accommodation is not provided but free visa and air ticket will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Availability to work on a seasonal basis
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high standards of food quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Train and manage staff, create schedules, and monitor performance
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials

- Create marketing strategies to attract customers during the seasonal period
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, inventory, and employee schedules
