Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Seasonal)

As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant in Eldoret, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a seasonal position that does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those looking to gain experience in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation:
This seasonal position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
