Our architectural firm in Porto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential homes to commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Oversee the design process and ensure that all projects meet quality standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Review and approve all project proposals and designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Porto or Portugal
- Knowledge of Portuguese building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Portuguese
