Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Almada. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, without accommodation, and includes a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and make them feel welcome
- Present menus and explain menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
