Part-Time Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Almada. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them with seating
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up properly with clean cutlery, plates, and glasses
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Answer any questions or concerns that customers may have about the menu or their orders
- Process payments using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Follow all health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or work permit for Portugal

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week. Shifts will be mainly during evenings and weekends.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
