Body Repair Master

Our auto body shop in El-Ain is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This job is suitable for Indian nationals, English speakers, and those without prior experience in the field. We also welcome applicants who have their own visa. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about cars and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them
- Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized tools
- Weld or bond replacement parts onto the vehicle
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Test drive and inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an auto body shop
- Skilled in using various tools and equipment for repairing vehicles
- Knowledge of welding, painting, and other repair techniques
- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
