We are excited to offer a full-time Teamlead position in our growing company in Herning, Denmark. As a Teamlead, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of talented individuals while ensuring the success of our projects. We are looking for someone with previous experience in a leadership role and a strong understanding of project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
- Develop project plans and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor progress and provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as Microsoft Office

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working in a similar industry (preferred)
- Ability to work full-time in Herning, Denmark

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
