Key Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange various types of floral displays including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and potted plants
- Select the best quality flowers and foliage based on seasonality and availability
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure they are well-stocked at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Handle payments, orders, and deliveries efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer innovative options to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or similar role
- Creativity and eye for detail in order to create visually appealing arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1000$ per month for this contract job.
