Part-Time Commercial Architect in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Esbjerg. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings in the city. Your main duty will be to meet with clients, understand their needs and requirements, and create detailed design plans that meet their expectations while adhering to building codes and regulations.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Commercial Architect. You must also have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs. Additionally, proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software is required.

As our ideal candidate, you should be creative, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. You must also have a strong understanding of space planning and have the ability to work collaboratively with other architects and designers.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees if needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong space planning abilities
