As a Commercial Architect in Esbjerg, Denmark, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings. Your main focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and vision for their commercial space
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for the construction of commercial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the design is feasible and meets all requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other legal standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are being executed correctly
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to plans as needed
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Esbjerg, Denmark. Candidates must already have legal authorization to work in Denmark.
