We are currently seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction industry and possess a valid heavy equipment operator license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks within deadlines
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating equipment on job sites
- Communicate with team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance procedures for heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
